Delisting

HIRSCH Servo AG applied to Wiener Börse AG on December 23, 2016 to delist the HIRSCH Servo AG shares in the Standard Market Auction segment from the regulated unofficial market at the Vienna Stock Exchange and announced the move in the Wiener Zeitung’s official gazette on December 27, 2016. Delisting involved converting HIRSCH Servo AG bearer shares as defined under section 10 of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (AktG) into HIRSCH Servo AG registered shares as defined under section 9 AktG. The last trading day on the regulated unofficial market at the Vienna Stock Exchange was January 31, 2017.
