Responsibility and corporate ethics
Our objective is to act in such a way this day that we will be still in demand as a partner in the future. Only, if our customers, partners and employees were satisfied and a sound capital structure was sustainably secured, we can "expand with ideas" and promote plans.
Social commitment and participation in society are also very important to us. Therefore, we are part of some initiatives and, as a company, we want to be available for the people in the vicinity and for our employees.
Since June 2016, the HIRSCH Servo Group has been a member of the initiative “Verantwortung zeigen” ("Showing responsibility"), which aims at connecting economy and society in Southern Austria and at helping people in need in the course of so-called "engagement days".
For example, managers and employees insulated a
carport for the youth facility SoWieSo in Wolfsberg or HIRSCH actively
supported the project "we design our den" with a team of employees
who worked at the SOS Children's Village in Krumpendorf in June 2018.
Brückenschlag (Bridging the gap)
A HIRSCH employee also embarked in an exciting experience, during which he slipped into the role of a trainee in a youth flat-sharing community via the program "Brückenschlag" and worked there for a week.

As part of the project "looking over the shoulder of managers", we were also able to welcome HTL students to our mold construction department for a day.
Moreover, we focus on the well-being of our employees. Thus, in addition to safety and health measures at work and a good working atmosphere, we also offer further benefits.
