Managing Board

Siegfried Wilding, born in Leoben in 1965, is in the Managing Board of HIRSCH Servo AG since June 1, 2008. He is now therefore the Board member responsible for the EPS Processing segment with the two divisions of EPS Packaging and EPS Insulation. Wilding is furthermore the chief financial officer of HIRSCH Servo AG. A family man, he has been living in Carinthia since 1992. Having gained a degree in plastics engineering from Leoben University of Mining in 1988, he embarked on his career at the Andritz engineering group. After spending two years in Linz, where Wilding worked for OMV materials, he moved to Heraklith in 1992 where he was latterly in charge of marketing for the entire group. Since 2002 Wilding has been responsible for the Insulation Division in the HIRSCH Servo Group. He is general manager of HIRSCH Porozell GmbH, Thermozell Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs GmbH, HIRSCH Porozell Kft., Polyform s.r.o., HIRSCH Porozell Sp. z o.o. and HIRSCH Maschinenbau GmbH.

Johannes Kappel was born in Graz (Austria) in 1957. He was appointed to the Executive Board of HIRSCH Servo AG - initially for six months - effective January 1, 2012 and is responsible for the Technology business segment. A father of four, he graduated in processing engineering from the Graz University of Technology in 1980 and went on to gain a doctorate and university teaching qualifications. As a former business area manager at the international mechanical and plant engineering group Andritz AG, Dr. Kappel can draw on many years of professional experience.
