As decided at the 16th Annual General Meeting of HIRSCH Servo AG on November 29, 2011, Kurt Hirsch will make his experience available to the Group as a member of the Supervisory Board when his term on the Executive Board expires January 1, 2012.
Dr. Johannes Kappel (54) has been appointed to the Executive Board of HIRSCH Servo AG effective January 1, 2012 and will assume responsibility for the Technology business segment. His term of office is initially for six months. A former business area manager at the international mechanical and plant engineering group Andritz AG, Dr. Kappel can draw on many years of professional experience. He is currently working as an interim manager for the Management Factory, a company providing management services.
Siegfried Wilding, the Chief Financial Officer of HIRSCH Servo AG, continues to be responsible for the EPS Processing business segment with the two divisions EPS Packaging and EPS Insulation.
The next date on the financial calendar is February 29, 2012 when the results for the first six months of 2011/12 will be announced.
