At the 16th Annual General Meeting of HIRSCH Servo AG on November 29, 2011, the shareholders approved the waiver of the dividend for the 2010/11 financial year.
Furthermore, Georg Gorton, Michael M. F. Kaufmann, Gunter Nitsche, Andreas Breschan, Larissa Hirsch and Kurt Hirsch were elected to the Supervisory Board for a term of office extending to the Annual General Meeting that will decide on the release from liability for the 2013/14 financial year.
Georg Gorton, Michael M. F. Kaufmann, Gunter Nitsche and Andreas Breschan were also members of the last Supervisory Board. After the end of his activities on the Managing Board of HIRSCH Servo AG, i.e. on January 1, 2012, Kurt Hirsch will make his experience available to the company as a member of the Supervisory Board. The election of Larissa Hirsch reflects an objective of the Austrian Corporate Governance Code to increase the representation of women on supervisory boards.

The next date on the financial calendar is February 29, 2012 when the results for the first six months of 2011/12 will be announced.
