Board member Mr Andreas Zois and HIRSCH Servo AG have mutually agreed that he will step down prematurely from his position as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Zois is planning to reorient his career. Fellow board member Mr Siegfried Wilding will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer.
The next date on the financial calendar is October 29, 2010 when the results for fiscal 2009/10 will be announced.
