HIRSCH Servo AG: Warehouse Burns Down at Packaging Plant in Wroclaw/Poland

Fire that broke out in the early hours of October 18, 2007 has burnt down the newly built warehouse in Wroclaw. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. No further information is yet available as to the cause of the fire or damage to other parts of the facility.

Technical support from the HIRSCH Group is already on its way to Wroclaw. As the local fire service has now allowed access to the manufacturing facility again, production will be resumed within a day. The damage is estimated at around 3-4 million euros, but is covered by insurance.

The next date on the financial calendar is November 30, 2007 when the results for the first quarter 2007-08 will be announced.
