Given the strong expansion in the various business units and increasing demand to operate globally, the Supervisory Board decided on July 12, 2007 to appoint Kuno E. Waidmann (57), company secretary at HIRSCH Servo since March 1, 2007, as an additional director responsible for central marketing and special project management effective August 1, 2007.
The Board also decided effective August 1, 2007 to make Siegfried Wilding (42) an authorized signatory for HIRSCH Servo. He has been responsible for the Insulation Division within the HIRSCH Servo Group since 2002.
Peter Grabuschnig (53) cites personal reasons for choosing not to renew his board contract, which expires on November 2008, after over thirty years of valuable work building the company. Having begun his career as production manager at HIRSCH Porozell in 1975, he has been a member of the HIRSCH Servo Board since 1998 and responsible for the primary business segment of EPS Processing. Mr. Grabuschnig held various executive positions throughout his many years working for the HIRSCH Servo Group. After he steps down, Mr. Wilding will take over his seat on the Board.
HIRSCH Servo’s Management Board will therefore have the following members effective August 1, 2007: Kurt Hirsch (spokesman), Peter Grabuschnig, Dr. Carsten Brinkmeier and Kuno E. Waidmann.
The next date on the financial calendar is September 14, 2007 when the preliminary results for fiscal year 2006-07 will be announced.
