Market capitalization, share performance and institutional investor interest decisive
If the market environment continues to be favorable, HIRSCH Servo plans to graduate from the standard market auction to the top segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange – the prime market – at the end of 2006.
HIRSCH Servo CFO Dr. Carsten Brinkmeier: “We hope that this move will increase our attractiveness both for existing shareholders and for new international investors. Our good growth prospects due to our positioning in Central and Eastern Europe, attractive dividend policy and subsequent listing on the prime market of the Vienna Stock Exchange should promote share sales. We should then see a continuation in the encouraging price trends.”
In the prime market, a trading participant will act as a specialist. The share price will then be determined by the continuous trading procedure. Most of the requirements for admission to the prime market have already been met. Regular reporting will be adjusted to the more comprehensive report structure required for the prime segment when the annual report is published. This should provide as high a degree of transparency as possible for institutional and private investors. Given the share’s strong performance of around 100% over the past 12 months, another admission criterion will also be met, i.e. a market capitalization of at least 20 million euros with the free float at 50%.
After three years in the auction market, the economic turnaround last year will also secure a return to the top segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
The next date on the financial calendar is September 15, 2006 when the preliminary results for fiscal year 2005/06 will be announced.
