Indeed, HIRSCH is a one stop shop cooperating closely with the user to deliver fast, reliable and economical solutions from mold conception using a 3D drawing program (UNIGRAPHICS NX) and CAD/CAM software, to tool production with the latest high-speed machining center. This guarantees that the molding machine and tool are optimally tailored to each other in the definition phase.

State-of-the-art manufacturing technology and skilled personnel ensure that the custom HIRSCH molds have one thing in common: close tolerances, perfect function and long life. To achieve such quality, every HIRSCH mold has to undergo numerous tests before fitness for production is certified.
