Mold-Shop

Since 1972 HIRSCH has been manufacturing EPS aluminium molds for mainly HIRSCH EPS Shape Molding Machines. This experience in design, manufacturing technologies and methods as well as materials to be used has made the HIRSCH Mold-Shop one of the world´s leading EPS mold makers.

The manufacturing capabilities reach from aluminium cast molds to highly complex fully CNC machined dual material EPS molds. HIRSCH has also been the first EPS mold maker to introduce the "Inserting Plate" as an integrated part of the mold for insertion of any kind of product into the EPS mold, for example for ICF Building Blocks. Innovative solutions to customers requirements are the strength of the HIRSCH Mold-Shop.
